Help Clinic provides mental health support through consultations, therapy sessions, assessments, workshops, and educational resources. Our services are intended for support and guidance, and are not a substitute for emergency or crisis intervention.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and medical information shared during therapy or consultations is confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Exceptions to confidentiality may apply if:

• Disclosure is required by law

• You provide written consent to share information

Appointments and Cancellations

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

Payments and Refunds

• All fees are to be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and other online gateways.

• Refunds will only be considered in case of a service error or double booking, subject to management review.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our services:

• To harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others

• To misrepresent your identity or medical condition

• To share false, misleading, or illegal content

Limitation of Liability

While our professionals are qualified and licensed, Help Clinic is not liable for:

• Any decisions made by the client based on session outcomes

• Technical issues or delays due to internet disruptions

• Actions of third-party services linked through our platform
